Quality Inn & Suites - Horse Cave

I was spectacle about my stay. Because of all the bad reviews. But in the end, they are just that. We got to the hotel at 30 minutes to midnight. They were so nice and handled us with 6 children, amazingly. We need extra blankets. And they gave them to us no extra charges. The rooms were spaces and cleaned. A little dated. But that's what you get with an old hotel. The beds were comfortable. We had one room that had a walk-in shower. And the breakfest is from 6 to 10. And it's make your own. They have cereal, waffles, oatmeal, and coffee. The staff was awesome and amazing. During breakfest kids had sypur everywhere.and when we asked for something to clean it up. They helped us.

The staff members were welcoming and accommodating.

WAS PLEASED FOR THE PRICE....PERSON AT THE MAIN DESK WAS HELPFUL IN ALL WAYS.....VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL

Front desk clerk!! After requesting and being reassured that I would have a first floor room, I was placed in a 2nd floor room. She was quick to remedy the problem!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
